Objetivo del Rol

Buscamos un **Analista de Business Intelligence (Administrador de Veeva CRM)** para gestionar, analizar y optimizar los datos de ventas y clientes dentro del sistema CRM. Este rol es clave para garantizar la integridad de los datos, la precisión de los informes y la eficiencia del sistema, brindando soporte a los equipos de ventas y marketing con insights basados en datos.

**Stakeholders principales**: Dirección de Negocio (BUDs), Ventas, Marketing, Operaciones Comerciales, Tecnología/IT.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Administrar y mantener CRM, gestionando usuarios, productos, territorios y estructuras de fuerza de ventas.
- Resolver errores del sistema, inconsistencias de datos y solicitudes de modificación en CRM, incluyendo segmentación y targeting.
- Actuar como enlace entre ventas, marketing y business intelligence para generar insights estratégicos.
- Apoyar el desarrollo de planes de segmentación, targeting y optimización de territorios para nuevos lanzamientos.
- Implementar tableros de Business Intelligence y automatización de reportes en CRM.
- Capacitar a los equipos de ventas en funcionalidades del CRM, mejores prácticas de ingreso de datos y reporting.

**Requisitos**:

- Título universitario en Administración, Análisis de Datos, Ingeniería, Sistemas de Información o afines.
- Experiência en plataformas CRM (Veeva, Salesforce) y gestión de datos maestros (MDM) como Reltio o Veeva Network.
- Manejo avanzado de herramientas de análisis de datos (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Conocimiento en estrategias de ventas omnicanal, segmentación y visualización de datos comerciales.
- Habilidad para solucionar problemas, gestionar configuraciones del sistema y brindar soporte a usuarios.
- Nível de inglés intermedio/avanzado.
