Position Summary

Manage the market Account receivable complying with corporate processes and policies in the allocation of credit lines of customers and release of blocked orders. Likewise, give the sales team the customer's account statements and analysis of the main problems, so that the commercial team can perform the collection management and clarification of balances, this to avoid that the past due balances impact the days / Account receivable as well as the provision of uncollectible debts, thus contributing to the fulfillment of the strategic objectives of the business.

Universal Accountabilities

Support Credit AR Manager in following up customer receivables with sales team.

Enter customer payments into the system (SAP) Periodically.

Periodic analysis or checks of customer accounts, in order to detect any delays and generate alerts to both the sales team and Credit AR Manager Latam.

Maintain updated customer information, complying with corporate procedures and policies regarding documentation and approvals.

Calculate monthly collection projection and follow up with the sales team to ensure compliance.

Provide customer accounts receivable status (days/balance, or DSO: Days Sales Outstanding).

Analyze customer credit limits and risk on a bi-annual basis or as needed.

Perform order release based on company policies and procedures.

Manage past due accounts

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Business Administration / Industrial engineering

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in finance and accounts receivable

Highly proficient in SAP & Excel

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business partners

Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

Strong analytical and problem resolution skills

Continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements to eliminate non-value-added work

Excellent interpersonal relationships

Commitment to service with both internal and external customers
