Optum Global Advantage is looking to continually build its footprint in Colombia and talent is critical to this goal. As the team moves towards more globally integrated technology, operations and leadership teams, the organization will continue to experience high volumes of hiring and will need talent solutions and strategies to continue to expand and deliver complete end-to-end solutions for the business.

It is expected that the holder will be a key pillar in the talent structure and will work directly with business leaders to provide systematic, scientific and cost-effective hiring plans and strategies. The holder will provide TA leadership for a talent acquisition organization of 25+ team members.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic leadership and vision to align our talent acquisition teams across all channels including client service volume recruiting, technology, early career, experienced recruiting and leadership recruiting.
- Manage complex hiring at scale. The holder should have worked in the past and currently working on building organizations at scale.
- As a key custodian of the brand strategy through the TA lens, the holder will be required to partner through their team with key stakeholders in country and corporate, including Talent Marketing, to establish us as an employer of choice.
- Interact with the leadership team and business stakeholders to establish business goals and milestones that drive effective short and long term strategies and hiring plans and establish short, medium and long term objectives and a time bound action plan.
- Partner with and leverage the global early career sourcing team to strengthen the alternative sourcing strategy. Support in building relationships with universities so that this channel becomes a consistent, credible and continuous source of talent. This could be done through partnering with universities or strategizing with partners to groom university talent.
- Partner with COE Human Capital partners to set strategic direction for the team and provide real-time status on the basis of hiring for different business requirements.
- Articulate and manage the hiring budget for the respective hiring pillars.
- Manage all aspects of resourcing and talent management with a focus on optimizing productivity and employee engagement for the direct team.
- Provide leadership to a wide range of managers and leaders within the team.

**Required Experience/Qualifications**:

- English and Spanish proficiency.
- Strong executive presence with proven understanding and experience in talent acquisition strategy and delivery.
- Must possess significant talent acquisition experience and at least 5+ years of experience leading teams ranging in size from 25 to 50.
- An ideal holder should already be working as a TA Director in an established organization of repute.
- Good understanding of the latest technologies / or future technology trends in the talent space.
- Previous experience in building high performing teams, including recruiting and developing future leaders.
- Expert in working in a fast-paced performance driven culture.
- Proven ability to work with the global leadership team: to drive business strategy with a specific focus on local geographic nuances.
- Having experience leading teams that fill 2K+ roles per year is a must, exposure to hiring executive leadership will be a key preference.
- Experience leading recruiting initiatives, including previous technology recruiting experience, is highly desired.
