**REPORTS TO**:Credit Collections Manager

Broadvoice is looking for an experienced Collection Specialist to join our growing team.
**YOUR DAY-TO-DAY**:
- Communicate with Sales to advise when customers are placed on credit hold.
- Interact with various departments to resolve customer issues.
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments.
- Process payments and refunds.
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues.
- Update account status records and collection efforts.
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM**:
- 2+ years' experience in Commercial Collections.
- General computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Must have good administrative and organizational skills and ability to manage stress.
- Skilled in negotiation.
- **Proficiency in Spanish and English (mandatory).**
