The main function of the position will be to achieve the commercial plans assigned to the territory, maintain an excellent level of service, increase Market Share, identify potential markets and generate value propositions from the commercial environment.

**What we are looking for in you**
- Education & Knowledge:

- Professional of health careers or related like Biomedical Engineering preferably with general knowledge of the health industry, hospital operation, and basic technical knowledge of surgeries and procedures.
- Availability for occasional travels.
- University degree in health or administrative areas
- English B2
- Sales experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or Consumer Products
- Proven ability to develop and execute business plans.
- Proven ability to assimilate technical, clinical, and product knowledge and communicate it effectively to healthcare professionals at all levels.
- Leadership ability
- Excellent product knowledge and sales skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude towards your work, teamwork, and respect for the company's image with our clients.
- Knowledge of the hospital environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

Selling: Integrates into the patient care continuum. Collaborates with the Territory Manager on business strategy and tactics at the physician level. May demonstrate mastery of all sales tools and programs available. May demonstrate a deep understanding of the competition's strengths and weaknesses. Able to participate in C level discussions and negotiations under the direction of the Territory Manager or Regional Business Manager. Attends and presents at industry and society meetings.
