The Senior Product Lead for our Search will have the crucial role to drive the implementation of innovative machine learning search capabilities, resulting in higher customer satisfaction by improving conversion and redirecting them toward our best content. This is a pivotal role in defining and executing the search roadmap that requires expertise in AI, data-driven decision-making, and strong collaboration skills, to build personalized experiences for users and relevant interactions that drive business impact.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
- Drive the vision and delivery of innovative machine learning search capabilities that increase customer satisfaction and support our growth by impacting all sides of our marketplace- Define and execute the product roadmap to transform Rappi users’ experience into personalized journeys with relevant interactions, prioritizing features based on business and customer impact.- Partner closely with engineering, data science, design, and operation teams to deliver scalable products.- Use data-driven decision-making to guide product development, validate assumptions, and generate product insights.- Implement measurement frameworks (eg. A/B testing, product analytics, statistical significance) to determine the success of your team’s work.- Understand the competitive landscape and utilize market research to inform product decisions.- Communicate progress and decisions with stakeholders to ensure tight alignment among the company- Develop and execute strong “go-to-market” strategies with marketing and operations teams to ensure our product has the maximum impact in the real world.

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?- 3-5 years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful machine learning products within a high-paced environment- Passionate about improving customer experience using AI, experience working with data scientists and ML engineers.- Experiences building either search engine, recommendations systems or personalization are strong advantage- Experience developing scalable, complex products in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills (strong SQL skills required).- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.- You are willing to be challenged, learn fast and be driven by impact.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills English (required), Spanish (required). Portuguese is an advantage.- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
