Hatch’s Digital team offers a wide range of technology-related services and solutions to support our industrial minerals and mining and infrastructure clients on the path towards increased innovation and efficiency through digital products and solutions.

Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated **Senior Product Manager** to join the Digital Products group.

Reporting to the Global Director, Digital Products this role will ensure provision of digital innovation to our clients through the effective management of numerous and varied digital products in a varied and rapidly growing portfolio.

This role will be responsible creating a shared vision and building consensus on priorities and leading product execution. The ability to communicate and build partnerships at all levels of the organization and explain complex systems and concepts in an accessibility way is paramount.
- Have a strong product background within a digital related product services and has worked at a Product Manager or similar roles
- Have experience leading end-to-end product development, both with waterfall and agile methodologies, and an understanding of product management's role in various development methodologies
- Create and maintain complex product roadmaps, backlogs and supporting documents that enable mixed teams to deliver work against the plan

**Your bring to the role**:

- 4+ years of managing the development of software products, especially new Product Development experience and digital product services.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to understand and make decisions supported by data, trends and management information.
- A strong commercial and technical acumen.
- Strong facilitation skills and techniques to support requirements gathering, and prioritization
- Experience working in a team environment, to ensure the user stories are executed, tested, reviewed with the business and all progress is reported and understood.

Bajo la supervisión del Director Global de Productos Digitales, este rol garantizará la provisión de innovación digital a nuestros clientes a través de la gestión efectiva de numerosos y variados productos digitales en un portafolio diverso y en rápido crecimiento.

Este rol será responsable de crear una visión compartida y generar consenso sobre las prioridades, así como liderar la ejecución de productos. La capacidad para comunicarse y establecer alianzas en todos los níveles de la organización, así como explicar sistemas y conceptos complejos de manera accesible, es fundamental.
- Tener una sólida experiência en productos relacionados con servicios digitales y haber trabajado como Gerente de Producto u ocupado roles similares.
- Contar con experiência en el liderazgo del desarrollo completo de productos, tanto con metodologías tradicionales como ágiles, y comprender el papel de la gestión de productos en diversas metodologías de desarrollo.
- Crear y mantener hojas de ruta de productos complejas, backlogs y documentos de apoyo que permitan a los equipos mixtos llevar a cabo el trabajo de acuerdo al plan.
