**Position Title: Senior Technical AI Solutions Architect**

**Location: Colombia (Hybrid)**

**What you will be doing**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented Technical Solutions Architect - AI Solutions to join our team in Colombia. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between clients, the sales team, and the development team, ensuring that AI-based solutions are designed, communicated, and delivered effectively. You will engage with large organizations, gather and translate functional requirements into technical solutions, and support the sales process by creating compelling technical presentations and proposals.- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements.- Analyze complex business challenges and design AI solutions that fit seamlessly into existing processes and systems.- Translate client requirements into clear, actionable deliverables for development teams.- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle.- Lead technical discussions with clients, presenting AI solutions in a clear and compelling manner.- Develop and deliver high-quality technical presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and provide technical pre-sales support.- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution roadmaps.- Communicate functional requirements and solution designs to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.- Stay current on AI technologies, market trends, and emerging tools to recommend innovative solutions to clients.- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with product capabilities.- Participate in technical reviews, ensuring quality and scalability of solutions.- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering, to deliver high-quality solutions.- Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.- Act as a mentor for junior team members, providing guidance on solution design and best practices.

**Requirements & Qualifications**

To excel in this role, you should possess:
**Main Skills**:
These are the must-haves that are essential for this position.- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in a technical s- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and data analytics.- Experience designing AI-driven solutions for large organizations, including enterprise-level integration.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.- Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.- Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms and AI-powered automation tools.- Familiarity with advanced data governance, modeling, and analysis techniques.- Prior experience mentoring teams or junior engineers.- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and upselling opportunities.- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.**Secondary Skills**:
