**YOUR DAY-TO-DAY**:
- Webinar Program Ownership - Creating and managing all aspects of company webinars end-to-end from Livestorm platform setup to production. Assist with webinar topics, presentation creation, and promotional efforts. Incorporating webinar best practices and leveraging data insights to achieve business objectives.
- Data - Managing and cleaning the customer and partner database and lists to ensure accurate audience segmentation and deployment. Monitoring and minimizing unsubscribe/bounce/complaint rates and ensuring spam regulation and compliance.
- Misc Operations - Assisting with marketing operational tasks as needed, including but not limited to the customer reference program.
**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM**:
- Knowledge of A/B test strategies and test planning
- A love for building automated journeys and workflows
- Ability to meet deadlines and revenue goals; be able to manage multiple projects at a time
- Hands-on experience with sales and marketing automation systems, particularly Salesforce, HubSpot, Constant Contact and Livestorm
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Data-centric with a passion for optimization based on findings and results
- High attention to detail with a drive for accuracy
- Proven track record of working independently and with sales teams and multiple levels of management
