**Job Description**:
As a Senior Finance Analyst you'll work closely with agency billing contacts on all billing related matters. Constant communication with media contacts, account executives, etc., on all billing issues. You'll be in charge of: - Complete each monthly billing cycle following the requirements of specific clients and the agencies for which they are responsible;
- Request and submit billing drafts per billing schedule/instructions. - Follow up with media billing draft approvers to meet customer deadlines. - Request live billing according to the billing schedule / according to the instructions. - Verify commission structures, billing formats, billing dates with the agency based on the client's instruction sheet (CIS). - Complete account statements and client introduction letters.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, including familiarity with the digital environment.
- Excel skills, including pivot tables.
- Advanced proficiency of MS Office.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
