**Objective**:
**Financial Planning Executive is in charge of the overall preparation, analysis and reporting of the subsidiary’s financial statements for Budget, Potentials & LEs. Monitors the NVOs and Advertising investment assuring Budget compliance and adherence to the CFPs.**

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- ** Ensures correct and timely reporting in BI & BPC of the Financial Statements for the Month-End Closing (Potentials) and Budget/LEs.**
- ** Prepares information for the submission of Corporate Exhibits to Division for all estimates, along with analysis and reconciliations regarding previous periods.**
- ** Overall coordination of the P&L and Balance Sheet inputs for the Budget/LEs preparation with all the business partners.**
- ** Prepares Zero-base planning for NVOs (excluding Supply Chain & Logistics) and Advertising for Budget/LEs with all areas/departments.**
- ** Follow-up adherence of actual spend to NVO/Advertising budget, as well as analysis of any deviations from the latest estimate.**
- ** Ensure compliance of CFPs Accounting principles in our financial accounting.**

**Basic Requirements**:

- ** Bachelor Degree Completed**
- ** 3 years Experience in Finance**
- ** Experience in General Accounting is a plus**
- ** Advanced English**
- ** Advanced Excel**
