E2f is looking for back end developers to join our expanding software development team.

The Backend Engineer will work with a growing engineering team and architects to design and develop new features and customer experiences, for all future versions of the e2f platform. The team currently has about a dozen developers. There are two software products under development. One is a legacy app in production generating about half of the company’s revenue. There’s also a new project to create a brand-new platform that addresses a different set of use cases and provides novel features with high value to customers.

Both platforms relate to linguistic computing. This includes all the services related to bringing content to new languages. The legacy platform services one side of the business, and the new platform expands e2f’s offering into new spinoff opportunities.

E2F uses modern best practice software development lifecycle management process and tools developing software in Node.JS, Python, JavaScript for both internal use and customer-facing SaaS software. E2F uses agile development methodologies using best practice tools such as Guide-Rails, Jira, Confluence, and Scrum.

**Responsibilities**:

- Join in the global development team to develop a rapidly growing product
- Collaborate with frontend developers to complete the backend APIs of features using NodeJs/TypeScript
- Provide and discuss solutions/architects for assigned features
- Take chances to learn more about frontend to become a full-stack developer
**Requirements**:

- 4y+ as a Backend engineer with NodeJs, REST APIs, Security, Message Queues.
- Experiences with using docker
- Database knowledge using MySQL or SQL Server
- Experiences with AWS Cloud (Azure or Google Cloud are also welcome)
Nice to have skills:

- Experiences of one of frontend framework ReactJs or Angular
