Buscamos un Lead Backend Developer con sólida experiencia en Python y Django, para liderar el desarrollo backend de una plataforma tipo Netflix. La empresa desarrolla un único producto —una plataforma de streaming— y este rol será clave en la evolución tecnológica y el liderazgo técnico del equipo backend. El candidato ideal será una persona visionaria, con capacidad de diseño arquitectónico, liderazgo técnico y comunicación efectiva, capaz de mentorizar al equipo y anticiparse a las necesidades del producto. Responsabilidades * Liderar el desarrollo y la arquitectura del backend basado en Django y microservicios. * Diseñar, implementar y mantener APIs REST y GraphQL eficientes y escalables. * Asegurar la calidad del código mediante testing automatizado y buenas prácticas. * Gestionar y optimizar bases de datos SQL y NoSQL (principalmente PostgreSQL). * Colaborar con el equipo de frontend y DevOps para garantizar integraciones fluidas. * Aplicar principios de seguridad informática en el manejo de datos y sistemas. * Supervisar la infraestructura en Docker, Kubernetes y AWS (nivel básico requerido). * Participar activamente en ceremonias Scrum y gestión de tareas mediante Jira. * Fomentar la mejora continua y mentorizar a otros desarrolladores del equipo. * Contribuir a la evolución de la arquitectura limpia y la gestión de eventos del sistema.Requisitos * 5+ años de experiencia en desarrollo backend. * Dominio de Python y Django. * Experiencia sólida en GraphQL, REST Framework y API RESTful. * Conocimiento de FastAPI, Celery y arquitectura limpia (Clean Architecture). * Experiencia en bases de datos SQL (PostgreSQL) y NoSQL. * Experiencia con microservicios, Docker, Kubernetes y AWS (básico). * Conocimientos de seguridad informática y redes. * Comprensión profunda de arquitectura de software y escalabilidad. * Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de tareas (Jira). * Inglés B2 o superior.
