**About the Role**:
As a Service Desk Analyst at CreateMe you will be working with business stakeholders and product team to prioritize supporting the technology needs of the business, responding in a timely and professional manner to support requests, and escalating issues and requests whenever necessary.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to support requests as submitted by the organization, including requests for executive support, in a professional supportive manner. Document troubleshooting steps in a ticket for record keeping and continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot with users as needed via remote support tools or through video chat support (Zoom, Slack, etc.)
- Troubleshoot Mac and PC user hardware as needed
- Escalate issues outside the scope of support for the role to the Service Desk Lead
- Take initiative to identify areas for process improvement. Work with Service Desk Lead and relevant stakeholders to support deploying improvement plans
- Create and update documentation for end user support whenever needed
- Support CreateMe People team with timely onboarding and offboarding of users from various software platforms as needed. May be asked to support IT onboarding presentations

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Proven working experience as a Service Desk/Help Desk Analyst
- Technical Expertise with SaaS solutions including, but not limited to Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Miro, Figma, Notion, LucidChart, etc.
- Experience provisioning/deprovisioning users through Single Sign On platforms (Rippling, Okta, Jumpcloud for example)
- Experience authoring knowledge base articles

**Additional Skills/Abilities (Nice to Haves)**:

- Experience working with RMM/PSA tools (Datto, NinjaOne, N-Able)
- Experience deploying scripts via PowerShell and Terminal
- Understanding of service management processes (ITIL v3 or v4)
- Apple and/or Windows certifications are strongly preferred
