**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**:
The position must support the Colombia business’ commercial agenda as it’s partner driving organic growth and profitability in both channels & categories. A complete P&L view is essential to successfully optimize the spend accross the multiple P&L Lines (D&A, Trade Marketing, A&M, S&D) while accelerating growth & profits.

**Your Impact**:
As Commercial Financa Assoc Manager your responsibilities would consist of:

- Coordinar con los equipos de Marketing y Trade la revision periodica de inversiones para continuar mejorando payback
- Liderar las mejoras en la construcción y consolidación de P&Ls en Power BI
- Coordinar con los equipos globales, los procesos mensuales de DAPLR
- Apoyar los procesos de innovación (nuevos productos, evaluación de desempeño 3m-6m-12m)
- Apoyar la construcción de los Transfer Prices Nuevos para las exportaciones desde Colombia
- Apoyar el proceso anual de AOP
- Apoyar al negocio en las evaluaciones financieras requeridas en proyectos

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Profesional Universitario en Finanzas, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería o carreras afines
- Experiência de 3 años en análisis financiero y gestión de proyectos
- Preferiblemente con experiência en manejo de información financiera
- Alta capacidad de análisis y manejo de datos.
- Excelente relación interpersonal e capacidad de influenciar de decisiones.
- Nível de Inglés Avanzado
- Manejo de Suite Office Avanzado
- Deseado conocimiento en administración de bases de datos
