**Role Description**:
The Customer service representative deliver an exceptional customer experience through effective resolution of inquiries, problems and requests. This role involves interacting professionally and empathetically with customers, providing accurate information and prompt solutions. The Customer Service Agent must ensure customer satisfaction, strengthen loyalty to the company and contribute to the maintenance of high customer service standards, promoting a positive image of the company in every interaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide assistance to customers by answering their questions, resolving issues and addressing any concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Record in detail all interactions with customers in the company's system, including the nature of the inquiry, actions taken and the final outcome, to ensure proper follow-up and effective resolution.
- Inform customers about the company's products, services, policies and procedures, providing recommendations and advice to help customers make informed decisions.
- Comply with quality standards and procedures established by the company, ensuring that all interactions with customers are conducted in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
- Recognize situations that require more specialized attention and escalate complex or high-level cases to appropriate supervisors or departments, following established protocols to ensure proper resolution.
