**What You'll Bring**:
1-2 years experience in HR operations or related discipline. Knowledge of Excel, Workday, Concur, Outlook, Skype for Business. Comfortable interacting with senior leaders. Highly collaborative to work across multiple departments. Committed to providing a flawless customer experience. Ability to multi-task and manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated aptitude for managing and scheduling involving logístical details.
**Impact You'll Make**:
3. Respond to inquiries related to interviewing and onboarding from a centralized mailbox.
4. Collaborate with HRIS team, hiring managers, & IT to ensure correct new hire locations, start dates, and hiring managers are reflected in Workday and technology is ready for new hires Day 1.
5. Respond to status inquiries and manage proactive communications with new hires & managers regarding orientation, travel, and general onboarding.
