Misión del puesto

This Role is focused on the execution of top quality 360 plans in our expansion strategy, ensuring the process is well implemented from the planning stage through the execution and with various stakeholders in other squads.

The growth planner is key to making sure the launching is loud and successful and delivers good new ideas and data analysis of performance and follow up.

Roles y responsabilidades

Main Responsibilities- Ensure the basics are set for playbook accomplishment.- Understand and explore impacting opportunities in the local markets.- Follow up during the process setting Gantt chart deadlines, ensuring proper execution conditions end to end, online and offline.- Make sure she/he has all stakeholders input and for a proper execution.- Implement communications according to brand guidelines and processes.

Key Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communication/administration.- Proven experience in project management.- Excel (advanced)- Analytical thinking.

Desired Requirements- Agency background (in charge of multiple accounts and projects at the same time)- Good insights knowledge about the country and it’s culture- Power BI knowledge- Great communication skills
