**Overview**:
CoreBridge Solutions, a leader in outsourcing solutions for U.S. firms, is looking for an experienced **Legal Team Lead** to work remotely. This key role involves leading a team of legal professionals, ensuring compliance, managing client relations, and strategically contributing to our growth—all from the comfort of your home in Colombia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and develop a remote legal team to foster professional growth and ensure high performance.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous development within the team, suitable for a remote work environment.
- Review legal documents for accuracy and compliance, ensuring all work meets high standards.
- Oversee timely execution of legal tasks and projects.
- Maintain effective communication with client law firms from a remote setting.
- Implement quality control measures to uphold the highest legal standards.
- Provide legal advice and updates on relevant legal changes, guiding the team remotely.

**Qualifications**:

- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent from an accredited law school.
- Admission to a state bar.
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with a preference for those who have managed teams.
- Strong capabilities in litigation and drafting legal documents.
- Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all legal tasks.
