**Responsabilidades**:
**Purpose of the position**
Deliver techical expertise for webfleet products/services in Colombia, acting as a main contract point for product testing and implementation, manage and plan installations in coordination with customers and vendors. Provides customer support when necesasary and manages devices storege, inventory and fullfillment.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Develop a deep understanding of Webfleet product features and competitors product features, becoming a technical expertise on the field for hardware and software.
- Supports local release of products and services based on the product roadmap, leading the process with legal, regional resources and other entities to launch product and services against the business plan.
- Supervise the installation of products/services in the customer vehicles, from proof of concepts to contract installations. Participates in the design of POCs based on customer needs and provide training to customers. (installations, re installations, issues check and uninstallations)
- Manages device´s storage and inventory (warehouse control, strock control, delivery and product forecast). Takes care of provisioning and fulfillment process with the support for functional teams (logistics from customs to warehouse). Keeps track of the devices from origen to final installation with customers. Responsible for the devices lifecycle.
- Interact with Salesforce CRM to keep track of customers suport tickets until resolutions and post-service follow up.
- Leads technical matters like configurations, APIs support, reverse engineering process to read data, readings from vehicle computer, homologations of devices and product test on field and others.
- Coordinates with Webfleet any esclation process for hardware and software, including raising returns (RMAs)
- Acts as second line of technical support for customers and POCs. Coordinating and ensuring the first line of support is acting accordingly.
**Requisitos**:
**Education**
Bachelor’s Degree in electric or electronic engineering
**Experience: (Knowledge and time using it)**
Technical background on GPS installations, camera installation and vehicule computer data reading. Electrical and electronical knowledge of wiring, voltages and data trace. Knowledge of APIs and software development & platform configuration
**Technical & Specific Knowledge**:
- Electric / electronics knowledge. Voltages, currents, data transmision
- APIs and Software development. Troubleshooting skills. Root cause analysis. Results oriented. Vehicle´s computer operation understanding and wiring. Sniffer and data reading devices knowledge. MSOffice packages
