**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Handle cancellation and return requests with empathy and assertiveness.
- Offer tailored retention options to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with specialists and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Log interactions accurately and share insights with the team.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English
- 1+ year of customer service (preferred in retention or sales).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- CRM proficiency and results-driven mindset are a plus.

**Pay**: Hourly + Incentives
