Como trainee en One Operations podrás conocer y participar en los procesos de creación de valor en nuestra cadena de abastecimiento y procesos de producción desarrollando tus competencias en las diferentes áreas funcionales como logística y transporte, comercio exterior, compras, mejora continua, servicio al cliente, ingeniería, calidad y producción.

**Lo que te dará éxito...**
- Profesional en carreras administrativas y/o Ingeniería Industrial/Ingeniería de Procesos con máximo 1 año de titulación.
- Nível de Inglés avanzado
- Disponibilidad para viajar y reubicación en las zonas del País donde operamos.
- Rango de edad entre 18 y 30 años.
- Ser responsable y proactivo/a en su proceso de aprendizaje.
- Mostrar una alta disposición para aprender “On The Job”
- Buscar retroalimentación continua del entorno (360°)
- Aprovechar sesiones frecuentes de feedback con People Managers, HRBPs y Mentores.

Salario basico entre 3.200.000 y 3.400.000 más beneficios fijos de compañía
