Responsible for co-developing and managing marketing financial automation tools. Work with cross-functional teams with various systems to ensure that we maintain accurate marketing financial information throughout the organization and our channel partners. This will involve spreadsheets, databases, and finance systems.
- Work with marketing and partner channel teams, as well as finance team to explain, summarize and execute transactional processing across assigned regions.
- Manages requests and inquiries coming in to Marketing Operations team, documents and tracks all requests and resolutions. Provides analytical support relating to any requests.
- Processes data entry in a timely manner. Verifies work for accuracy and update documents. Understands, organizes and prepares reports and source documents.
- Interacts with marketing teams on financial transactions.
- Review existing approvals, and creates offer letters and credit memos where appropriate.
- Works with Marketing Shared Services and Operations Manager and local lead.
- Reviews and reconciles daily payments received.
- Generates and reviews payment posting reports.
- Researches and corrects account discrepancies.
- Reconciles approved plans, offer letters and credit memos.
- Investigates and resolves misapplied payments and proof of execution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree required, Accounting/ Finance degree a plus
- 2+ years minimum of experience in financial analysis, operations, financial processing or other relevant experience.
- 1+ year minimum of experience in financial systems and procedures or other relevant experience
- Marketing financial operations experience preferred. Familiarity with cloud-based financial systems required.
- Must be skilled with spreadsheets.
- Experience with Oracle ERP or CHRM a plus.
