**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Maintaining customer experience.
- Customer utilization - drive customer adoption and increase usage.
- Customer Relationship building.
- Customer education on self-service and processes.
- Provide feedback from premium partnerships with development insight and or additional feature functions.
- Conflict resolution.

**Requirements**:

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**: High School Degree.
- **Experience**: at least 6 months of experience in customer service or logistics.
- **Language**: Advanced English skills, B2 or C1 is preferred and french skills are desirable.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule**:Monday
- Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm // Monday
- Friday 10:00 am to 7pm (We work by the American calendar)
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Places**: Only for Medellin, WeWork Palmas.
- **Salary**: 2.800.000 cop,
