**What You Can Expect**:
**How You'll Create Impact**:

- ** Formulates procedures, specifications, and standards for Zimmer products and processes.**
Provides leadership for quality engineering projects from concept through design, implementation, testing, documentation, support, and maintenance. Develops and implements corrective/preventative action plans. Collects and analyzes data for gauge and product evaluation.
- ** Data Analysis & Coordination**:
Collaborates with site leaders to design and improve quality systems, operations, and processes. Analyzes and centralizes quality-related data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting. Performs analytics to identify patterns, risks, and discrepancies while presenting actionable insights. Participates in 8-9 categories of meetings to present insights, address critical questions, and ensure follow-up actions are implemented.
- ** Records Management & Improvement**:
Manages records and reviews documentation to identify areas for process improvement. Reopens and analyzes records to verify process performance, trigger retraining, and drive corrective actions (CAPA). Standardizes information to ensure consistency across reporting and documentation.
- ** Metrics & Reporting**:
Generates and delivers accurate quality metrics (KPIs) by analyzing data and preparing clear, well-structured conclusions. Prepares and presents meeting slides with relevant data to support decision-making. Builds storytelling for quarterly reviews, ensuring data is clear and actionable for engineering and leadership teams.
- ** Quality System Training**:
Supports quality system training, measure reviews, and coordinates follow-up actions to ensure ongoing improvement.

- Able to communicate both orally and in written form to multiple levels of the company.
- Microsoft Office Suite, expert knowledge of blueprint reading and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, understanding of QSR/ISO regulations, design assurance, FMEA, and product testing methods, and are able to use optical comparators and CMMs.
- Knowledge of statistics, process control, and process capability

**Your Background**:

- English profiency required (C1).
- B.S. in engineering or an alternative Bachelor’s degree program with certification as a quality engineer (e.g. CQE).
- Certification as a quality engineer (e.g. CQE) or the Reliability Engineer Certification (CRE) granted through the American Society of Quality (ASQ) preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Quality Engineering role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Combination of education and experience may be considered (in evaluating experience relative to requirements)
