**Job Description**:
As a bilingual legal administrative assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our firm's success by serving as the primary point of contact for our Hispanic clients. From scheduling appointments to providing translation assistance during meetings, you will help us maintain our commitment to delivering unparalleled service and support to every client we serve.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, providing assistance and information as needed
- Manage incoming calls from clients, ensuring prompt and professional responses
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, coordinating with attorneys and staff members as necessary
- Follow up with clients to reschedule appointments or address any missed or canceled appointments
- Provide translation services during client meetings, ensuring effective communication between clients and attorneys
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and document preparation

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in written and spoken Spanish, with strong proficiency in English
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a warm, helpful phone manner
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Previous experience in a legal or administrative role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
