We're seeking a dedicated Follow-Up Specialist for our Real Estate team, playing a crucial role in enhancing client success nationwide. As a key team member, you'll be the main point of contact between sellers and private real estate investors, ensuring smooth communication and facilitating final negotiations. Your main tasks will involve carefully following up on leads generated by our Cold Calling Specialists, using provided information and conditions to drive successful outcomes. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Follow-Up on Leads**: Responsibly follow up on leads obtained from Cold Calling Specialists, engaging potential clients and nurturing relationships.

**Communication Facilitation**: Act as the primary point of contact between sellers and investors, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout negotiations.

**Negotiation Support**: Assist in final negotiations by gathering necessary information and providing support to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

**Information Utilization**: Utilize provided information to guide negotiations effectively, incorporating market insights and trends to drive successful outcomes.

**Documentation and Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of all communications and agreements, ensuring transparency and accountability in the process.

**Qualifications**:
Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.

Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales, preferably in the real estate industry, is a plus but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software is a plus.

**Work Environment**:
We are offering a remote position, you will be responsible for managing your own workspace and equipment, and a stable internet connection is required.

Flexible working hours to accommodate various time zones within the United States.

Training and support will be provided to help you excel in your role.

**Compensation Range**:
Remote: $6 per hour (USD) 40 hours a week
