**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Responsable de la gestiòn end to end del servicio y focalidad con los proyectos de los clientes
- Responsable de la salud financiera de los proyectos y acciones de eficiencia e identificaciòn de nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento de la cuenta
- Lider de equipo y responsable del delivery bajo alcance de contrato, entregables y cumpiimiento de Níveles de Servicio
- Responsable de proceso auditables de aseguramiento, calidad, CRM, Risk & compliance

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Ingeneiro de Sistemas o Electronica.

Skills tecnicos en sistemas y/o comunicaciones
- Expereincia en gerencia de proyectos de infraestructura
- Ingles medio, Manejo de Herramientas de MS Office
- Minimo 5 años de experiência en gerencia de proyectos de TI
- Experiência en manejo de clientes de mediano y gran tamaño y contratos con alcance de varios servicios de Tecnología.

Buen manejo de comuniación verbal y escrita.

Manejo de presentaciones efectivas
- Certificación de gerencia de proyectos o esepcialiación en Gerencia de proyectos.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Conocimientos en MS Project
- Conocimientos técnicos sobre Cloud
- Certificado ITIL, Scrum
- Certificado Project Management Profesional PMP

Nível de inglés intermedio

Bachelor's Degree
