**What's the Role?**:
We are looking for a Key Account Manager that understands consultative sales to join our sales team in Bogotá.
The position will be located in Bogotá, with scope in different areas of the business like: working with key accounts, doing consultative selling, account development, and persuading opportunities.

- The role of Key Account Manager for our Construction Segment is vital for our company and for the success of our most important clients.- The main responsibilities of the role are:
- Create, coordinate and implement a strategy aligned with Hilti's priorities, that allows to extract the sales potential of key accounts assigned in different companies and holding projects.
- Develop a wide network of high-levels contacts in the different departments of the accounts, in such a way that allows, through our solutions, we can implement corporates initiatives based on the necessities identified in different interactions.
- Systematically follow up to the major business opportunities that requires multiples interactions with customer-side contacts and proactively engage with Hilti members as necessary to ensure success.
- Be able to transmit the value of our products, services and software in such a way that it maintains a correct level of prices without affecting the rentability of the company.
- Being able to communicate and document the main activities carried out in order to influence the collaborative work with the rest of Hilti's colleagues for the development of the assigned accounts.
- Understand the financial situation of the accounts and actively support the resolution process of complaints and collection management if necessary.

**What you need is**:
Engineering degree completed.
Experience in business development or consultative sales positions in the Construction Industry
Senior relationship management skills to be capable and confident while speaking to senior and C-level customers.
Project management capabilities to manage complexity of system
Intermediate / Advanced English (B2 or C1), is a plus, not an exclusion.
Master's degree or specialization (example: MBA, Marketing) are a plus
