Estamos buscando al próximo cambio de juego que se una al equipo como **Site Reliability Engineer (SRE).** Para considerar este rol puedes estar ubicado en** Colombia**.

**Acerca del proyecto**

Trabajarás junto al mejor equipo de líderes técnicos e ingenieros cloud para dar mantenimiento, monitoreo, mejorar infraestructura, despliegue, ejecución, etc. de las aplicaciones, productos y plataformas de la compañía. Se busca un perfil con conocimiento en AWS, bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales, sistemas de mensajería, seguridad y desarrollo de aplicaciones.

**Responsabilidades**
- Realiza comprobaciones de servicio proacvas y supervisa/clasifica las alertas entrantes del sistema/aplicación, los correos electrónicos y las llamadas telefónicas para garanzar la prioridad y la respuesta adecuadas
- Clasificar y solucionar los eventos que afectan al servicio a parr de múlples señales, como el teléfono, el correo electrónico, la telemetría del servicio y las alertas
- Comunicarse con las partes interesadas y los clientes internos con profesionalidad y precisión a los clientes internos y externos durante situaciones de alta prioridad
- Idenficar y trabajar con la ingeniería para migar los eventos que afectan al servicio y aumentar la producvidad de las operaciones en la nube y los recursos de desarrollo
- Gesonar la coordinación, la documentación y el seguimiento de los incidentes crícos, garanzando una resolución rápida y completa de los problemas y un circuito cerrado adecuado para los clientes y otras partes interesadas clave
- Parcipar en la entrega de proyectos desnados a aumentar las capacidades en torno a la supervisión, la noficación, la configuración y el despliegue de servicios dentro de la infraestructura de CoreCard
- Parcipar en el análisis tecnológico relacionado con las múlples aplicaciones operavas e internas de CoreCard
- Idenficar y desplegar soluciones duraderas para abordar retos complejos relacionados con los servicios de CoreCard
- ️ **¿Quién eres?**
- 4+ años de experiência en el manejo de incidentes, resolución de problemas, gestión de incidencias, etc.
- Conocimientos en Linux, Networking, Bash/Shell
- Excelencia en la comunicación verbal y escrita en inglés. Capacidad para comunicarse con todos los níveles durante eventos
- Sólida formación técnica con capacidad para resolver problemas que afectan a las arquitecturas de servicios y pilas de aplicaciones a gran escala
- Altamente auto-movado y dirigido con una gran atención a los detalles
- Capacidades analícas y de resolución de problemas demostradas con una fuerte orientación al servicio al cliente
- Capacidad para priorizar y ejecutar eficazmente las tareas en un entorno de alta presión
- Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en inglés
