You will play a vital role in the development, design, testing and deployment of Adobe Experience Management Web and Mobile solutions. You will work closely with clients, developers, system administrators, project managers, business analysts and end users to build a state-of-the-art Digital Platform using Adobe's Digital Marketing Product Suite.

**To shine as a Lead Adobe AEM Developer, you should have**:

- Experience in J2EE programming.
- Proficiency in Full Stack AEM development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with React or Angular.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews.
- Familiarity with DevOps and Cloud Manager best practices.
- Experience integrating Adobe Cloud Services like Target, Analytics, and AEP.
- Ability to work effectively in geographically separated project teams.
- Experience deploying web content management systems in large corporate environments.
- Proficiency in object-oriented design and design patterns.
- Strong estimation abilities in scoping work for complex environments.
- Proficiency in**English, B2 level or higher**(Yes, for US clients).
