**About the role**

We are looking for a **Senior Cost Estimator** to join our technical architecture and design team, supporting boutique hospitality and high-end residential projects. The role focuses on cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement support across multiple projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities
- Extract quantities from architectural and engineering drawings
- Maintain cost summaries across design stages
- Support procurement and tendering, including bid comparisons
- Review and challenge contractor and supplier proposals
- Build and maintain cost benchmarks
- Prepare clear cost reports for internal stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience in construction cost estimation
- Experience with hospitality and/or high-end residential projects
- Proven work on projects valued at $20M+
- Background in engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, architecture, or related field
- Strong understanding of construction technologies and sequencing
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Ability to work with AutoCAD and Revit
- Knowledge of procurement and tendering processes
- Professional working English and international project exposure
