With a diverse team of over 70 skilled professionals across Latin America and the US, we are committed to delivering software that drives success. **Position Overview**: An "Enterprise Customer Success Manager" (ECSM) is a customer success professional specifically focused on managing and maintaining relationships with large, complex "enterprise" level clients, often requiring a high-touch approach to understand their unique needs and ensure they fully utilize the product or service to achieve their business goals, usually interacting with multiple stakeholders within the organization at a senior level. **Key Responsibilities**: - Developing customized success plans aligned with client objectives - Leading regular customer reviews to measure value and identify expansion opportunities - Delivering tailored training and onboarding sessions for new users - Advocating for customer needs within the company to drive product improvements - Managing renewals and contract negotiations for large enterprise accounts **Desired Skills & Qualifications**: - Strong communication and presentation skills to engage senior executives - Deep understanding of the product or service and its value proposition - Proven ability to build relationships and manage complex stakeholder dynamics - Data analysis skills to track customer usage and identify areas for improvement - Strategic thinking to identify potential risks and opportunities for growth - Advanced English proficiency.
