Responsible for focusing on a customer and channels growth strategy, you’ll set the overall direction for sales of the following for their relevant region/ area:

- Responsible for delivery of Plan financial performance and in-market performance measured by market share
- Identifying new markets and lay the foundations for lasting growth
- Lead pro-active risk management, ensuring regular, high quality sales risk assessments to ensure in-market risks appropriately managed
- Achieves annual business plan targets as set by Area; monitors performance and intervenes with actions to realize plan when necessary
- Defines the country sales organization structure in line with budgets / targets/parameters set by Area
- Align and agree with Area strategic direction and further sales expansion and margin optimization within market; develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, pricing and promotional strategy in conjunction with supply and marketing to achieve Area agreed plan and to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
- Translating plans into action
- Provide inspirational leadership to in-market sales teams, fostering an environment focused on people and continuous improvement

- Professionally qualified sales experience, with minimum of 10 years post-qualification background
- Analytical and creative skills

- Feel comfortable leading negotiations and both setting and communicating strategies
- Being entrepreneurial, able to spot and take advantage of opportunities
