Worforce Supervisor

Job description: Worforce Supervisor is responsible for coordinating management of workforce personnel, headcount, forecasting, reporting, capacity planning and strategic planning for workforce process improvements. WFM Supervisor Sr reports to and works in collaboration with the Workforce Manager in ensuring that the client and internal workforce requirements and deliverables are met.

Responsabilities:
1. Assist Workforce Manager in strategic planning and achievement of business unit goals by developing strategies, initiatives, and solutions to improve productivity and respond to complex workforce management issues, trends, and opportunities.

2. Assist Workforce Manager in identifying risks and issues, provide options and practical advice to management and stakeholders on any workforce management matters.

3. Design templates for workforce management use.

4. Attend meetings/conferences with the client as needed.

5. Meet/Collaborate with Ops leaders and share relevant information related to workforce management.

6. Look for learning opportunities that will increase the productivity and efficiency of the team.

7. Train employees on WFM procedures and policies. They ensure new hires receive training on the company's WFM software, policies, and procedures.

8. WFM Sup Sr evaluate employee performance and provide feedback. This involves setting employee goals to improve performance and regularly conducting performance evaluations.

9. Works closely with other departments, such as customer service and Operations.

10. WFM Supervisor continuously improve WFM processes and procedures.

Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:

- 3 years of experience in the Workforce area.
- RELATED CAREER Business management, Financials, Data Management, Software developing or related fields.
- CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES Required Excel, any BI tool.
- MAGNITUDE AND SIZE OF SUPERVISION 1-8
- ACADEMIC LEVEL Bachelor´s Degree.
- High RESPONSIBILITY FOR DECISION MAKING.
- English Level + 90% - C1/C2

Location: MURANO - Calle 40sur # 41-44, Envigado.

Monday to friday 8am-5pm - TWO DAYS OFF

Indefinite term-contract
