Software Applications Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage **ServiceNow SAM Pro module** to meet business needs.
- Integrate **SAM Pro** with other **ServiceNow modules**as needed.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into our SAM Program.
- Document software processes and procedures.
- Maintain system documentation and knowledge bases.
- Plan, coordinate, test, and communicate changes, upgrades, and new services.
- Ensure effective end-user training programs.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications** Required Skills/Experience**:

- Professional level English fluency.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or technology-related discipline strongly preferred.
- Vendor management, contract management, and license management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and platforms.
- Demonstrated success in a remote role is strongly preferred.
- Ability to develop and effectively maintain internal and external relationships.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

**Preferred Skills/Experience**:

- 3+ Years of experience with** SAM Pro Administration.**:

- ** ServiceNow SAM Pro Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)**:

- Hands-on experience in the following **ServiceNow Modules (SAM, ITAM, ITOM/CMDB/Discovery).**:

- 3+ years ITIL/Agile experience
- Nice to have - **ServiceNow Gen AI experience.**:

- Business process automation experience is a plus.
