**Role Description**

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Sales position. The Technical Sales professional will be responsible for generating sales, providing technical support to customers, and delivering excellent customer service. The day-to-day tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, responding to customer inquiries, and offering technical guidance on our products and services.

**Qualifications**

  • 5 years experience in CCTV or ISP industry
  • Excellent Communication skills and Customer Service skills
  • Technical Support abilities for networking solution in CCTV and ISP
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the networking or telecommunications industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

**Experience**

  • CCTV and ISP: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**

  • English (preferred)
