Intermediate / Senior Project Manager Scrum Master

We invite a skilled Project Manager to join our team and help us develop, improve, and maintain enterprise level fintech products for our client, an industry-leading payment processing solution provider offering merchant services to over 275,000 businesses in the US. Your main responsibilities will be performing Scrum activities to organize an effective Software development life cycle for two delivery teams simultaneously, as well as performing various tasks that are part of the Scrum Master’s role.

** Is that you?**
- 4+ years’ experience in the Project Management field
- Commercial experience in managing projects up to 15 FTE with a duration of 6+ months
- Strong theoretical background in project management
- Strong background in Agile
- Hands-on experience in planning, executing, successful delivery, requirements
- Experience in risk assessment and management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, high self-organization, and proactivity
- Scrum Master experience
- Scrum Master Certification
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level

**Desirable**:

- Practical experince with SAFe methodology. SAFe certification
- Experience integrating the team into the client’s ecosystem
- Experience in the fintech domain (working with card processing systems)

**Key responsibilities and your contribution**

As a Project Manager, you will focus on coordinating project activities according to the business objectives. Your responsibilities will include making sure that the team follows the processes that were previously agreed upon and keeping the team’s work free of any obstacles and distractions.
- Utilize the best project management practices to help achieve software-related objectives
- Plan and distribute project work among team members to ensure smooth and timely delivery
- Track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation related to projects
- Conduct change, stakeholder, and risk management
- Onboarding new team members
- Be heavily involved with people management (motivation, personal developmen)
- Control project resources; report project plans to key stakeholders; ensure budgetary targets are met
