**Job Purpose**

As an Administration and Facilities Manager you will be responsible for the overall operations of administrative services and the company's facilities and infrastructure.

**In this role you’ll get to**
- Plan, organize and manage the operations and reliability of company facilities and general infrastructure systems
- Maintain the workplace strategy, as well as related policies and procedures. Implement and monitor compliance with approved policies, processes and procedures
- Lead and plan best allocation and utilisation of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organising of current premises
- Lead and supervise the “pre-boarding and/or onboarding” of new cities and offices into the administrative and facility management best practices and procedures
- Influence into the global administrative and facilities budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Monitors and oversees the work of third-party vendors to ensure terms of agreements are met and work is completed satisfactorily
- Supervise, hire and train the administrative team
- Use performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed SLAs and quality, and drive continuous improvements
- Drive the facility management and office administration processes and reports automation
- Work closely with global management and local teams to make sure that facilities, infrastructure and administrative services are provided to all company employees and contractors (incl. remote) globally, as per requirements agreed
- Lead the office administration and facility management internal projects (cross-departmental and cross-countries)
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments

**Your skills and qualifications**
- 7+ years of administration/facility management experience and at least 3 years for a global company
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate objectives as well as provide the team with a clear objective in support of our strategic priorities
- Outstanding negotiating skills; able to identify win-win solutions in a complex situation
- Ability to be resourceful, with a natural ability to solve problems and seek new information
- Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy and sensitivity, and the ability to exercise considerable judgement and discretion in establishing, building, and maintaining effective relationships
- Strong insights and experience managing change, results-driven, passionate about operations and technical excellence
- Demonstrates a willingness to take on new tasks with a general attitude that no task is too small, impossible, or cannot be improved
- Service oriented mindset - Embrace Servant Leadership mindset towards all stakeholders in the company (executives, team members, internal personnel and external clients)
