**Your day-to-day** involvement will be with the Global Manager for Systems, Tools and Reporting (based in Bogota). You will also work with the other members of the Tools & Systems Administration Team (based in London and Delhi), and possibly also with other stakeholders within the wider Group. Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

- Reporting and Data Quality_
- Updating pre-defined Excel based reports and Power BI dashboards with timely and accurate data according to an agreed schedule.
- Troubleshooting related to the above reports and dashboards
- Running ad hoc reports on request
- Carrying out regular data quality checks and improving data quality
- System Configuration, User Access Management and Permissioning_
- User access management and permissioning
- Configuration of our timesheet system, workflow software solution and similar tools
