**What You'll Do**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to grow Memecoin’s presence across platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Reddit, and YouTube.
- Create, curate, and manage contentthat aligns with Memecoin’s brand voice and engages the cryptocurrency community.
- Monitor and engage with the community on social media, responding to comments, messages, and discussions to foster positive relationships with users.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide insights on social media content to improve reach, engagement, and overall effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visual and written content that is aligned with ongoing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance (DeFi), leveraging these trends to enhance Memecoin’s social media presence.
- Manage partnerships with influencers and crypto thought leaders to drive brand awareness and user engagement.
- Utilize social media tools for scheduling, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring consistent brand representation across all channels.
- Work closely with the product and community management teams to align social media content with Memecoin’s overall marketing strategy and goals.

**What You'll Bring To The Team**
- B2 + English
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech space.
- Deep understanding of crypto culture and the nuances of various social media platforms within this community.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to create engaging and on-brand content.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on performance metrics.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Experience in growing and engaging online communities, especially on platforms like Discord, Reddit, and Twitter.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to fast-moving trends and digital environments.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain terminology and enthusiasm for decentralized finance.
- Experience working with crypto influencers and managing influencer marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization strategies for social media.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools such as Canvaor Figma.
