**Your role**:
As a Demand Planner you will be responsible for aligning with our Growth team to manage the daily and weekly demand planning activities. You'll be responsible for the maintenance and execution of forecasting and decision models through a strong combination of statistical, business intelligence, and market and industry trend analysis. Additionally, you'll be a critical voice on the forecasting team and provides context and perspectives for data-driven decision making.


**How you'll power eCommerce**:

- Develop accurate and timely demand forecast while helping reduce operational costs, and minimize forecast variability
- Analyze forecast vs actual to calculate forecast errors and highlight high variance SKUs & Partners
- Responsible for developing and sharing end to end demand plan, and providing timely forecast analysis necessary for appropriate decision making
- Accumulate the partner level forecast inputs and collaborate with Demand Planning Manager to create appropriate assumptions to make a proposed demand plan for demand review meeting
- Identify demand forecast risks and support demand planning manager to develop effective, flexible, and durable mitigation strategies
- Work cross-functionally to accurately reflect recent trends and achieve continuous improvement in demand forecast accuracy, and other demand planning measures

**You should have**:

- 1 - 3 years of experience in Demand and Supply Planning
- Undergrad in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or any equivalent degrees
- Experience Excel MS Office

**Bonus points**
- Experience in forecasting methodology and best practices
- Experience in SQL, Tableau or any other analysis software
