Team Overview
Role Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives that enhance the experience for drivers with the App.
- Conduct market and user research on to identify insights that
support the development of marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing data to make recommendations for optimization.
- Provide support to the product team in creating and updating product documentation, including playbooks and learning documents.
Role Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with peers of different job levels.
- Demonstrated interest in marketing and a willingness to learn.
