**YOU ARE**:
- A strong Java Engineer with 4+ years of experience with Spring/Spring Boot
- Aware of the importance of shipping code early and often
- Professional in Kafka, Distributed Systems, Cloud Computing, AWS
- Confident in Continuous Delivery
- Experienced in building readable APIs
- Skilled in instrumenting code for gathering production performance metrics
- A holder of Master's or BA/BS, preferrably in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
**YOU WANT TO WORK WITH**:
- AWS cloud environment
- Test-driven development practices (code coverage is around 80%)
- Enhancing and maintaining the identity product by building new, and maintaining existing, APIs and services that will be operating in high scale, low latency environments
- Providing simple, elegant solutions to problems
- Building a top-quality governance solution
**TOGETHER WE WILL**:
- Deliver efficient, maintainable, robust Java-based microservices
- Produce designs and rough estimates, and implement features based on product requirements
- Collaborate with peers on designs, code reviews, and testing
- Produce unit and end-to-end tests to improve code quality and maximize code coverage for new and existing features
