Coupa’s partner program, Partner Connect, was designed to create an experienced and highly leveraged partner

ecosystem that supports mutual customers working to optimize their business spend. Partners consist of consulting and implementation practices, technology providers, and resellers focused on source-to-contract, procure-to-pay, expense management, third party risk management, supply chain design, treasury management, business process optimization, change management, and supplier onboarding.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the primary point of contact, Partner Program Manager
- Maintain detailed information on assigned partners’ projects through regularly reviewing project health and lifecycle stages, including
- Key Dates
- Project Lifecycle Stages
- Design & Customer Readiness documentation
- Sales to Partner & Partner to Customer Value Management handover process
- Provide visibility of projects to internal stakeholders
- Measure partner performance to KPIs related to Customer's product usage
- Regular Duties include:

- Dashboard reporting in SFDC
- Engage with Partners to drive to milestones/deliverables
- Drive meetings/project reviews
- Engage Cross-functional Support as needed
- Periodic Partner Project Audits
- A successful PPA Will be able to demonstrate
- Data accuracy & completion of all deliverables
- Consistency & compliance to the program process
- Identification and execution of program improvements
- Strong people management capabilities and drive to scale

Requirements (Must-Haves):

- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a background in channel & partner development, delivery, execution or account management.
- 2- 4+ years of experience in SaaS delivery, working with Partners is preferred
- Experience working in an offshore/near shore team structure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills - with the ability to develop work in relationships at all levels of management
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Qualities that reflect a self-motivated individual with the ability to work as part of a team.
- High intellect and business acumen, curiosity and a willingness to move fast, be wrong and improve.
- Maintain productivity across competing priorities.
- Self-motivated & work effectively under pressure
- Contribute to a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
- Proficiency using Google Sheets or Excel
- Ability to support English speaking clients
- Ability and willingness to travel (25-30%)

Requirements (Nice-to-Haves):

- Experience with the Coupa platform or other BSM platforms
- Coupa Certification a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Smartsheet, Google Docs
- Knowledge of technology partners in procurement and adjacencies
