- Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for an **Unreal Engine Developer with AI inference**for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in **LatAm**. Our client is a fast-growing startup creating next-generation 3D tools — innovative, fast-moving, and already delivering real products to industry clients.
- **Description of Project**:development of the company's Performance Engine, a real-time character animation framework for expressive digital characters. The system integrates signal-driven facial data, emotion tags, and audio cues into Unreal Engine to produce lifelike performances using NVIDIA ACE/NIM technologies.

Real-time emotion and facial signal processing- MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS-
- 5+ years of professional experience in C++ development with Unreal Engine.
- Proven experience building and shipping real-time animation systems, with a focus on facial animation and face tracking.
- Hands-on knowledge of NVIDIA ACE/NIM.
- Strong expertise in debugging, profiling, and performance optimization of real-time systems.
- Fluency in spoken English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) is essential for daily communication.- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
- System Architecture & Development: Design, architect, and implement high-performance Unreal Engine runtime systems for real-time facial animation.
- AI Integration: Integrate and leverage advanced AI frameworks, primarily NVIDIA ACE/NIM, for real-time emotion and facial signal processing.
- Pipeline Development: Build robust, efficient pipelines connecting content creation tools (e.g., Maya) to Unreal Engine and project-internal tools.
- Performance Optimization: Profile, analyze, and optimize systems for maximum performance and scalability within a cloud environment.
- Technical Documentation: Author clear and comprehensive technical documentation, deployment guides, and best practices.
