**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Translate business requirements into architecture, design, and implementation.
- Optimize and enhance Workforce Management algorithms.
- Participate in auto testing (unit test, integration test, etc.) of the backend.
- Troubleshoot compatibility and performance issues at all levels.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Support the team and participate directly in customer issues investigation and fixing.
- Contribute to root cause analysis to help continuously improve the quality and stability of our solution.
- Work with technical publications on delivery of customer documentation.
- Answer questions from other team members and Professional Services and/or Customer Care.
- Deliver software developed using C++.
- Support test cases written in Java.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Background of 5 years or more in Computer Science / Engineering.
- Strong experience in C++ and REST API backends.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills due to complexity of the product.
- Experience working with AWS (Azure will be a plus).
- Experience with Linux / Windows environments.
- Experience with SQL databases - MS SQL, Oracle.
- Experience with Java programming language.
- Readiness to learn new technologies.
- Being self-driven and well organized as there are always multiple tasks in progress.
- Strong team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
- English communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery processes.
- Experience in cloud computing technologies.
- Experience with NoSQL databases.
- Experience with version control systems such as GitHub.
- Experience with Jira on defect tracking.
- Familiarity with Jenkins that allows continuous integration.
