**About the Role**

As a Digital Project Manager in our Consumer team, you will report directly to the Project Management Lead based in New York and work closely with the Account Direction team. This role is pivotal in driving the successful delivery of digital solutions for some of our most dynamic consumer clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to scope out projects and gather requirements.
- Work alongside internal teams (UX, creative, dev, QA) to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Develop and maintain project documentation (briefs, schedules, risk logs, etc.).
- Manage budgets, resource planning, timelines, and delivery using Workbook.
- Meet with clients to understand project needs and manage estimations of time, cost, and resources.
- Take part in Agile ceremonies - daily stand-ups, grooming, and sprint planning.
- Ensure communication with clients is clear, proactive, and helpful.
- Oversee testing and QA to ensure top-notch project delivery.

**Experience Required**
- Minimum 4 years' experience in digital project management, ideally within a digital or creative agency environment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple, concurrent digital projects such as websites, apps, EDMs, banners, and campaign rollouts.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and project scoping best practices.
- Experience working cross-functionally with UX, design, development, QA, and strategy teams.
- Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing skills.
- Experience translating business needs into technical requirements, epics, and user stories.

**Software Proficiency**
- Workbook.
- Jira and/or Confluence.
- MS Office Suite.
- Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
- Exposure to QA/test tools or environments is also beneficial.
