**Project Manager - Packaging & Print**

**Location**: Remote - Colombia
**Type**: Full-time Indefinite
**Salary Range**: Up to USD 1,300/month

We deliver high-quality **creative production, packaging, and digital adaptation** solutions across markets worldwide.

We are looking for a **Project Manager** with a background in **packaging or print production**, who can coordinate artwork, timelines, and client communication for international packaging accounts.

**Role Overview**

The **Project Manager - Packaging & Print** will oversee end-to-end project delivery for packaging artwork adaptation and print production workflows.
This includes coordinating between internal design teams, external suppliers, and global clients to ensure accuracy, timing, and brand consistency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage multiple **packaging artwork projects** from briefing to delivery.
- Coordinate tasks between **designers, artworkers, and QA teams**.
- Ensure projects are completed **on time, within scope, and within budget**.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Review and validate artwork deliverables for technical accuracy.
- Track progress using project management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Jira).
- Manage version control and approvals for multiple SKUs and markets.
- Anticipate risks, flag potential delays, and propose proactive solutions.

**Required Skills**:

- **3-6 years** of experience in **project management for packaging, print, or design production**.
- Strong understanding of **packaging workflows** and **print production processes**.
- Experience collaborating with **designers, artworkers, or repro teams**.
- Proficiency in project tracking tools (e.g., **Asana, Monday, Jira**).
- Excellent communication and **client-facing skills**.
- **Advanced English** level (written and spoken).
- Ability to handle high-volume projects with attention to detail.
