We are looking for a highly analytical and business-minded Sales Finance Analyst to support our Revenue Operations organization. This role will serve as a strategic partner to Delivery, Sales, and Finance leadership, providing insights that drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

**_Key Responsibilities_**
- Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Finance teams to forecast revenue, track performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain revenue dashboards, KPIs, and reporting, manipulating large datasets to provide actionable insights.
- Analyze pipeline data, bookings, utilization, and pricing to provide actionable recommendations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles, including variance analysis and executive reporting.
- Build financial models to evaluate sales strategies, deal structures, and investment opportunities.
- Drive process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy, timeliness, and automation.

**_Must-have Skills_**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, or Business Operations within Professional Services or SaaS.
- Proven expertise with business intelligence tools: SQL (writing queries, joining datasets, building views), Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc. experience with data modeling is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics (bookings, pipeline, utilization, margin, win rates, NRR)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
